Hedge Mustard

From the Brassicaceae family, Hedge Mustard is often found along roads and wastelands, and is commonly regarded as a weed. Native to Europe and North Africa, Hedge Mustard is now found around the world. Its edible leaves have a bitter taste, and its seeds are used to make European mustard pastes. In Tibetan medicine, it is thought to alleviate the symptoms of food poisoning.
