Curly Parsley is an herb native to the Mediterranean. It is a short-lived biennial plant that grows to between 30-45 centimetres, with multiple sprigs of curling, divided leaves that grow in mounds. Its leaves are emerald green and tiny yellow-green flowers, and has a lemon aroma with a fresh grassy flavor, considered more intense in flavour than flat-leafed parsley.
