Also known as Acacia Pennata. The Climbing Acacia is a perennial climbing shrub or a small tree, whose stem is thorny and young branches pubescent. Initially green in colour, the tree grows brown with age.
In India, leaf juice is mixed with milk and to aid indigestion in infants, bleeding gums and scalding of urine. Boiled leaves are also used as traditional remedy for cholera treatment, digestive complaints, relief of headache, body pain and snake bites.
