Avocado

A peculiar looking fruit, its fleshy green texture somewhat resembling a mangoes’, yet firmer to touch and less slippery. However, the Avocado is distinguished by a smooth, flavourful tang that cannot simply be described. It is commercially valuable, and cultivated in largely tropical climates throughout the world. Avocados are enjoyed extensively throughout the world in an assortment of dessert, puree, beverages and in the famous guacamole, and are best served chill.
